About this cookie
The snickerdoodle's louder sibling. A strawberry cookie base, cheesecake filling, our house-made strawberry preserves, and a pink strawberry crumble on top. It is like sprinkles, but with a job.
Inside it: cheesecake filling and house-made strawberry preserves.
Heat it: 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave, or 6 to 7 minutes at 350. Freezes for up to three months.
