Pick Pro if cookies show up in your house on a rhythm already. It decides for you.

Access

Pick Access if you order in bursts. Birthdays, holidays, a bad week. It takes the shipping off all of them.

Pick neither if you order twice a year. A plain box is fine and we won’t be offended.

    Skip, pause or cancel from the same place you manage a box: your account, under Subscriptions. A few taps.

FAQ

House Account questions.

BILLING
When am I charged?

Pro bills every month on the day you started. Access bills once, then again a year later. Both charge the card on file and both renew until you cancel. We email you before every charge.

Does the member price stack with a discount code?

No. The member price is applied for you, so there’s nothing to type in, and it doesn’t combine with a code on the same order. Whichever is better for you is the one that applies.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry and email you. If it keeps failing, the account pauses rather than quietly running up a balance. Nothing gets sent to collections over cookies.

CHANGING IT
Can I pause Pro?

Yes. Account, then Subscriptions, then Pause. The cookies stop, the account stays, and you pick it back up when you want it. Skipping a single month works too.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Account, then Subscriptions, then Cancel. A few taps, no phone call, no chat window, no ladder of save offers. It stops before the next charge. Anything already charged and baked ships.

Can I switch between Pro and Access?

Yes. Cancel the one you have and start the other, or email us and we’ll do the swap for you so you don’t pay twice in one month.

GIFTING
Can I give a membership as a gift?

Email info@insideoutcookie.com with who it’s for and which tier and we’ll set it up by hand.

THE PERKS
What does first access actually mean?

New flavors go to House Account members before they go on the site, and before the email list gets them. That’s the whole perk and we’re not going to dress it up further.

Is there a golden duck angle?

Every box gets a duck, member or not. A few are gold. That’s the same for everybody.
