THE BOX
Can I pick the flavors?
Yes. Build the box the way you want it, then put that box on a schedule. If you want to change the mix later, send a swap request from Subscriber HQ and Nick changes it by hand on your next uncharged box.
Why does it start at six?
Because a box smaller than six costs the same to pack and ship as a box of six, and we would rather not charge you for air. Six is the floor everywhere on the site.
MONEY
How much does subscribing actually save?
The saving is printed on every card above, in dollars, next to the one-time price. It gets bigger as the box gets bigger. Shipping is free on every subscription box on top of that.
When am I charged?
On the schedule you pick, to the card on file, until you cancel. We email you before every charge with a link to skip, pause or cancel. Flavor swaps go through the form in Subscriber HQ.
CHANGING IT
Can I skip one?
Yes. Account, then Subscriptions, then Skip. Nothing is charged for the skipped box and the one after comes as usual.
How do I cancel?
Account, then Subscriptions, then Cancel. A few taps, no phone call, no chat window. It takes effect for any box not yet charged. You can also email us and we’ll cancel it for you.
SHIPPING
Does it really ship free?
Yes, subscription boxes ship free. One-time boxes are quoted at checkout by address.
What if I’m away when it ships?
Skip the box, or pause the whole thing. Both live in your account. Cookies also freeze for up to three months, so a box waiting at home is not a crisis.
