“These cookies are really something very special, as is their size - huge. When you heat them up for just a scant 20 secs. in the microwave, they turn into something utterly amazing…almost like a mini cake! I put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the warm lemon Oreo crunch and added a drizzle of warmed lemon & blueberry jam and a few fresh blueberries. The lemon flavor is light and smooth & it made for a next level dessert! But they are amazing just as they are. The flavors of the Brookie are exactly what you’d hope for - rich, moist brownie & thick moist chocolate chip cookie. Each cookie is individually sealed and arrives in fun packaging. On top of that is the customer service. Communication is really exceptional. They are very accommodating and personable.”

“With just a look at me you can see that I have eaten a lot of cookies in my lifetime, and I can say, without reservation, that aside from my grandmother's cookies, I have never eaten a better cookie than an insideout cookie. I would have given this 6 stars if available.”

“This year I have sent at least 7 gift boxes for birthdays and anniversaries. I am able to get a good assortment based on a person's preference. They LOVE them. Love the packaging - how big the cookies are, how soft and chewy they are. Just the best!! Thank you!”

“There was a little confusion with my orders (partly my fault). They cleared it up though and offered to replace but it wasn't necessary. The cookies are delicious and the shipping was timely. Overall, great experience and service! I would definitely recommend trying out their cookies!! I do note that when you order a flavor it is one very big cookie; evidently, I didn't read it well because I assumed it would be a few small ones. Yummy, you've got to try them! My college freshman son is in love with them, he said that he warmed them up and they were "amazing!" (He tried the chocolate chip oreo & pb/pb so far). Thank you IO Crew!”

“We enjoyed our dozen (we still have 3 left). We look forward to our next dozen and hope to try other flavors that were previously sold out. The only disappointment was the chocolate chip, I thought it lacked the tollhouse vibe. Packaging? We have 3 little dogs and the little pom pom balls that burst out of the packaging was a little troublesome. I was thankful to capture them all before my 4-legged kidz digested them. Maybe include a coupon code towards the next purchase with a cookie magnet for the fridge? A lot of people have pets and kids so the pom pom balls are dangerous. Keep up the rehabilitative endeavors!”

“The ordering system was okay. Wish you had the quantity discounts listed. The only way I knew they existed was by experimenting with adding items to the cart. Shipping and delivery was great. Flavors got mixed reviews. The chocolate Dubai, chocolate chip Oreo, ultimate peanut butter and pumpkin spice were the favorites. Many were rated good. The only really disappointing ones were the cranberry cornmeal - much too sweet; the oatmeal cream - bland; and the smore - muddled, needed more marshmallow flavor.”

“The cookie is excellent! It is perfect. The size, the taste. It is unique and find it so decadent and delicious. The disappointment came with the packaging. It didn’t match the experience of the cookie. It brings it down. That is disappointing. It needs to be upgraded to elevate it to match how special and good the cookie is. It felt I ordered cookies from a private home, not an established business. I would not order to offer them as a gift for that matter. Also, all the plastic toys inside the box went straight to the garbage bin. It is a waste. Not necessary. Best of luck. You have something great to built with. Martin”

“Cookies are always delicious, love all the different flavors. I buy these cookies any time I can find them. Took advantage of Valentine's special. Was disappointed new cookie was sold out though. Packaged with love and care with pom pom confetti and little toy surprises and a personalized thank you note. It shows customers are truly appreciated.”

“The cookies were all delicious, I would absolutely order again and I would have given 5 stars all day but they forgot a cookie (I ordered online and had shipped) I sent an email out letting them know but never even got a response, luckily the cookies are good enough I'll let that slip.”

“The pecan cookie was hard and not very good. I loved the brookie. The peanut butter is a word class offering ; as is the chocolate chip,”

“Greetings! Ordering on the site was a good experience. No drama until delivery. USPS delayed delivery and to top it off they left my package in an unlocked mailbox where anyone could have taken it. Despite delivery issues, everything I ordered was delicious!”
