Browned butter dough with roasted pecan pieces and a homemade caramel center. Pecan pie, rebuilt as a cookie.
Inside it: homemade caramel.
Heat it: 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave, or 6 to 7 minutes at 350. Freezes for up to three months.
