A soft browned butter oatmeal cookie with a creamy vanilla filling. The lunchbox one, grown up, and about four times the size it used to be.
Inside it: vanilla cream filling.
Heat it: 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave, or 6 to 7 minutes at 350. Freezes for up to three months.
