A chocolate chip cookie made with gluten and dairy friendly ingredients, stuffed with a gluten-free Oreo and topped with more of it. It does not taste like a compromise, which is the only reason we bake it.
Inside it: a gluten-free Oreo.
Heat it: 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave, or 6 to 7 minutes at 350.
