The one that started it. Browned butter dough, semi-sweet chips, dark and light chocolate wafers, baked slow so the middle stays soft.
Inside it: no filling. This one is just cookie, done properly.
Heat it: 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave, or 6 to 7 minutes at 350. Freezes for up to three months.
