Will it arrive okay?
It ships from Spring Mills by UPS. Every cookie is baked and sealed each day in individual pouches, and the instructions in the lid handle the rest.

- ★★★★★
“We were at your booth at the Scottdale Fall Festival in PA, ordered from Phoenix where we live, and sent the cookies as a birthday gift to our daughter in NC. The cookies shipped well and she loved them! We loved our cookies from the festival also. These cookies are much better than Crumble! We will be ordering again!”

“I sent the cookies as a gift on this particular occasion and they loved them. I have had the cookies myself in the past. They are wonderful. Love the packaging, too.”

“I was gifted one of these by someone at work and I was wonderfully surprised by how absolutely delicious this cookie was. Everything was absolutely perfect between the cookie and the filling.”

THE WORRY
It gets there the way you meant it.
Do they know it’s from me?
Yes. You type the note when you build the box and it goes in with the duck. Nothing in the box says what it cost.
Can I time it for a date?
Put the date in the order note and we aim for it. If it’s tight, email the bakery first and a person tells you honestly whether it’ll land.
What if they don’t like the flavors?
Pick the box above, build your own mix, or send a gift card and let them build it. All three come with the duck.
THREE QUESTIONS
Before you tap.
How does the note work?
Tick the gift note when you build the box and write it. It goes in the box with the duck. Up to 240 characters.
How does it ship?
From Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, by UPS. Every cookie is baked and sealed each day in individual pouches. Shipping is worked out at checkout by address; subscription boxes ship free. Freezes for up to three months.
Can I send it to more than one person?
One order per address so each box carries its own note. Sending to a whole list? The corporate gifting page has a form for that.
Not today? Take the list instead.
