Granny's Oatmeal Raisin

We soak our raisins in rum so they're plump and fat, and hit the dough with a double shot of cassia cinnamon for the ultimate oatmeal raisin cookie. We mix our oatmeal cookie doughs so they're moist and chewy, and they stay that way.
